Raffle Drawing and Meeting, March 6, 2010

(A Bloody Mary Bar will be open and Chili and Fixin's available!)
Purchase tickets yourself and sell the other tickets to people you know. Tickets are $5 each or three for $10. If you present your ticket at most of our sponsors, you can get $1 off your second beverage and will realize a payback in minimal time! By selling enough tickets, we hope to have over $1,000 in prize money to give out at the 50/50 raffle drawing to be held at 11:00 am at The Cotton Patch Supper Club on March 6th.
Members on file were sent a starter set of 9 tickets. Additional tickets are available at the lodge.
When you have sold your tickets, please return the money or a check made out to LLCK with the completed ticket stubs in the enclosed stamped envelope. Tickets may be sold up until the date of the drawing, but we will need the stubs and money before the 11:00 drawing. Please ensure you do not mail them too close to the due date as we want to be sure all are included in the drawing.
Note: The sponsor card and raffle are our biggest fundraiser each year. Many organizations are using this system mailing the tickets to their members so that everyone is able to help with the project. Additional tickets available at the lodge or by contacting Dan Hedrich.
